  • A 3-hour window is provided the night before delivery.
  • 30-minute call ahead.
  • Pre-delivery inspection.
  • Furniture is placed in the room of your choice.
  • Furniture assembly is provided.

Free Local Pick Up

Pick Up Preparation

Bring your sales receipt and a valid ID to the store clerk to process your order.

Valid forms of Identification:
  • Driver’s License
  • State Issued ID
  • Passport

Delivery Coordination

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you by email and text to confirm your delivery window. On delivery day, our team will:

  • Bring your furniture to your chosen room.
  • Assemble and set up your new pieces.
  • Show you any special features or care instructions.
  • Ensure everything is placed to your satisfaction.

Delivery Preparation

  • The area where the new furniture will be going must be clear for delivery. We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.
  • A person over 18 years old is required to receive the furniture.
  • Please secure all pets before the delivery team arrives.
  • Each floor without elevator access is subject to a $20 fee.

Delivery Fee Calculation

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout. The fee is based on the distance from our main distribution center, located at 224 S Franklin St, Hempstead, NY 11550. For questions about your location, please reach out to our team.

Delivery Fee Breakdown

  • Within 10 miles: $50.00 Delivery and Assembly
  • 10–30 miles: $70.00 Delivery and Assembly
  • 30–50 miles: $99.99 Delivery and Assembly (minimum order $499.99)
  • 50–70 miles: $199.99 Delivery and Assembly (minimum order $2,000.00)
  • Over 70 miles: Please contact us for a custom quote
